That is the whole point. The portrait keeps the breed, the markings, the eye colour, the ear shape and the expression from your photo. A clear photo with the face well lit gives the best result. You get six free tries per photo, so you can switch styles or try again until it is right.

One where the face is sharp and in good light, ideally at the pet's eye level. Phone photos are perfect. JPEG, PNG, HEIC and WebP work, up to 20 MB. More than one pet in the photo is fine.

Framed prints from 8×10 to 24×36 inches on matte or luster photo paper, in black, white or red oak frames, plus stretched canvas. The frame arrives ready to hang. Some frame colours are not available in every country; the options you see are the ones that ship to you.

Printing and framing take 2 to 5 business days, then shipping takes 3 to 5 in the US and a little longer elsewhere. You get an email at each step with a tracking link once it ships.

Worldwide, and shipping is included in the price. Prints are made at the facility nearest to you, in the US, Canada, the UK, Europe or Australia, so they do not cross an ocean to reach you.

If it arrives physically damaged or with a printing defect, report it from your order page within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we reprint it free. Every print is made to order for your pet, so there are no returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind. You see the exact portrait before you pay.

It is used only to make your portrait. Photos and previews that do not lead to an order are deleted after 30 days. We never sell or share them.
